Class materials for the first third of the course are based on materials originally developed at Kansas State University by Matt Dwyer, John Hatcliff and Rod Howell. They were revised and extended at Iowa with Laurence Pillard and Pierre-Loïc Garoche. Further materials were inspired by class materials developed at the University of Minho by Manuel Alcino Cunha and Nuno Moreira Macedo.
Materials for the last two thirds of the course are based on class notes developed at the University of Queesland by Graeme Smith and on materials developed by Rustan Leino, with additional contributions by Rajeev Joshi.
