Midterm II

Midterm II will cover material from the March 5 lecture to the April 23 lecture, both included.

It will be closed books, notes, laptops and other electronic devices. However, you are allowed to bring up to 4 pages (two sheets front and back) of notes.

The exam will assume knowledge of all the required reading material listed in the Lectures section as well as posted solutions to homework assignments and the midterm. However, you can safely assume that there will be no questions on the material covered in these sections of the textbook: 7.7-7.8, 8.5, 14.5.2-14.7, 18.5, 18.8-12.

The exam will contain a mix of true/false, multiple choice, short answer questions, and problems similar to those in homework assignments and quizzes. There will be no coding problems.
