Parallel Algorithms, Data Mining, Machine Learning, and Scientific Computing

My research has covered diverse parallel programming projects in scientific computing and machine learning,  multilevel clustering algorithms for protein-protein networks, and optimization methods for matrix based clustering. More recently, I have worked on machine learning methods such as classification and neural networks for genetics and educational data. My focus is on applications with large amounts of data where new optimization or parallel algorithms are essential.
