Week 2: LaTeX

Reading:  Math into LaTeX, Gratzer, Introduction and Chapter 1
     and the reading on BibTeX should be completed by Fri. 09/20
     (See "Web Resources" section of course web page for link.) 

Problems (due Fri. 9/08): 

   Write a .tex file that will create the document "hw02_2012.pdf."
     A template of a Latex article and a .pdf file of the graph are
     available under "Handouts."

     Submit your homework by uploading the following files into the
     ICON dropbox:
         a. the .tex file
         b. the .bib file containing the BibTex entries for the bibliography
         c. the .pdf file of the formatted document

     (Hint:  You may need to put in the line  
            \newpage   
      before the bibliography
      in order to get the graphic to come out in the right place.)
