The position of the graphically represented keys can be found by moving your mouse on top of the graphic. 
The function keys do not count as a row.

Turn your calculator on
Press The On Key: Row 9 Column 1.
Clearing the memory
Press The Stat Key: Row 2 Column 3.  The word EDIT should be highlighted (if not, arrow over to it).  You should see five choices; the fourth is 4:ClrList.  Press The Four Key: Row 7  Column 2.  The screen will now say ClrList. Specify lists one and two, by pressing The Second Key: Row 1  Column 1 The One Key: Row 8  Column 2 (you should see L1 above the key), then  The Comma Key: Row 5  Column 2 The Second Key: Row 1  Column 1 The Two Key: Row 8  Column 3 (you should see L2 above the key).  The screen will now say ClrList L1, L2.  Press The Enter Key: Row 9  Column 5.  Calculator will say Done signifying a clear memory.
Clearing the Graph Screen
Press The Second Key: Row 1  Column 1 The P R G M Key: Row 3 Column 3 (You should see DRAW above the Key) The One Key: Row 8  Column 2 (You will now see ClrDraw on the screen.) The Enter Key: Row 9  Column 5 (Calculator will say Done signifying a clear memory.)

It also helps to clear the function register. Press The Y Equals Key: Top Row First The Clear Key: Row 3 Column 5 The Enter Key: Row 9 Column 5.

 

Entering data
one variable
Press The Stat Key: Row 2  Column 3.  Press The One Key: Row 8  Column 2 (you should see 1:Edit on the screen).  You should see 3 columns: L1, L2, L3.  The cursor should be at L1 (if not, arrow over to it).  Type in the first number, then The Enter Key: Row 9 Column 5.  Type in the second number, then Bottom Right Corner. Continue until finished.
two variables
Press The Stat Key: Row 2  Column 3.  Press The One Key: Row 8  Column 2 (you should see 1:Edit on the screen).  You should see 3 columns: L1, L2, L3.  The cursor should be at L1 (if not, arrow over to it).  Type in the first x-value, then The Enter Key: Row 9 Column 5.  Repeat until all x-values are entered.  Press The Right Arrow Key.  The cursor should jump to the top of the second column, L2.  Enter the  y-values (make sure they line up with the corresponding x values).  Continue until finished.

 

Drawing the Graphs 

Warning: Errors occur if the function register has functions in it. See above for instructions on how to clear the function register.

Scatterplot
Press The Second Key: Row 1  Column 1 The Y Equals Key: Top Row First (It says STAT PLOT above the key.) The Enter Key: Row 9 Column 5. The cursor is on ON. Press The Enter Key: Row 9 Column 5 The Down Arrow Key. The cursor is on the first of six graphs, the one that looks like this: The T I Scatterplot Icon. This is the one we want, so press Bottom Right Corner. Press The Down Arrow Key The Down Arrow Key The Down Arrow Key to accept L1 as the first list and L2 as the second list. (If your data is in other lists, then input them here, press Row 1, Column 1 followed by the key with your list number.). Use the The Right Arrow Key to choose the mark you want. Press The Graph Key: Top Row Fifth Key.
Histogram
Press The Second Key: Row 1  Column 1 The Y Equals Key: Top Row First (It says STAT PLOT above the key.) The Enter Key: Row 9 Column 5. The cursor is on ON. Press The Enter Key: Row 9 Column 5 The Down Arrow Key. Press The Right Arrow Key The Right Arrow Key to get the cursor on the graph that looks like this: The Histogram Icon. This is the one we want, so press The Enter Key: Row 9 Column 5. If your data is in L1, then you can just press The Graph Key: Top Row Fifth Key. Otherwise, press The Down Arrow Key and select your list (press Row 1, Column 1 followed by the key with your list number).Now press The Graph Key: Top Row Fifth Key.
