This class will focus on algorithms and programming techniques
for controlling the motion of computer generated objects in

Methods of procedural animation including keyframe interpolation,
physically-based simulation, optimization, and rule-based behavior
Specialized methods for animating articulated figures, facial gestures, and

Additional readings will be selected from recent literature.
The class will emphasize team projects.
One exam will be given about 2/3rds through the course.
