Here is how to set up the Linux SAS editor to work (nearly) the same as the Windows SAS editor: Select the Program Editor window. Click "Tools" and select "Options" and then "Preferences" Click the "Toolbox" tab and DEPRESS the three toggles labeled (Display Tools Window, Display Command Window, Combine Windows) Click "OK" Click the "Editing" tab and UNPRESS the toggle "Automatically store selection" Click "OK" You should now see a toolbar more or less like the SAS/WIN toolbar. I suggest dragging the toolbar to the top of the screen and pulling down the other windows so they don't overlap the toolbar. Prof Woodworth (1999) modified by Cowles (2009)
