Rough Lip Fern

Characteristics
- Environment - Limestone pockets.
- Fronds - Very small as compared to most ferns.
- Leaves - hirsute, rough edges.
- Rachis - Dark colored and nearly covered by light colored long scales.
- Spores - Line the underside edges of this lip fern.
This fern prefers limestone pockets in bluff areas.
